"Definitely a 5 star service. I was visiting my sister, when my computer died.Being from TN, I didn't know anyone in the area. Mr. Hanner knew I was on a tight schedule but agreed to see if he could diagnose and treat the problem...and he did, in a timely manner. He took a lot of time with me explaining the basics of the inner-workings of a pc...and some basic knowledge on use of a pc, for this old lady, who did not grow up with all the electronic use. I am very pleased with Chuck Hanner's work...my pc is an older Vista operating system and right now works better and faster than ever. I am very happy with this service and will definately use again. I recommend this service to everyone...in fact, my hubby's pc is now being treated before we head back to TN. Thank you, Chuck, for your excellent service!"
